Join the Fanlisting
This is where your join page will go. If you are using a script like Enthusiast the join page is already made for you, but if you are manually updating a fanlisting, you'll want to have a join form. There are a number of different ways you can create a join form. If you are new to site building it's probably best to sign up at a web builder community like Bravenet or Response-o-matic. In those cases all you need is a valid email address and the websites will create a form for you. Or if you know php you can set up a form script that emails you the form (and it doesn't carry the advertisements that the Bravenet and Response-o-Matic do). Here is an example of a join form (feel free to copy & paste this form onto your fanlisting. Just edit the value for your_email_address, your_name and return_link_url):
