Please make sure you've read the
rules carefully and checked the
approved section before applying.
If you're applying for more than one fanlisting, please use
a separate form for each fanlisting you want.
If the fanlisting you want fits into more than one category,
please apply in both categories. This does not apply to certain categories,
however. Please check the rules and
category list pages for more information.
Name, Email, HTML Example and subject are required fields.
Your application will NOT go through unless you fill in these fields.
Your HTML Example must be your own work. Applications
submitted with a link to a website designed and built by someone else will be
rejected.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a limit on the number
of upcoming fanlistings an owner may have. If you have:
- 6 fanlistings upcoming in a category and/or
- 20 fanlistings upcoming at the network
the staffer has the right to reject your application out-right or until you
complete some of your upcoming fanlistings..
If some of these are pending finished forms being processed, include the completed URLs in your application form.
Do not use more than one email address to apply for your fanlistings.
Specific Songs: Bands/Groups 0-M Rules
If you would like to apply for a collaboration or song from a musical/stage show, please apply in the Songs: Various category.
We don't accept 'Songs of...' fanlistings.
'Tour Versions' of songs are no longer accepted.
When applying, please specify the singer or band of the song you wish to apply for in the subcategory field.
All songs relating to Anime/Manga should be applied for at The Anime Fanlistings Network, and not any of the Songs categories here at TFL. The exception to this rule is songs that weren't originally recorded for use in an anime/manga.
All songs relating to Games and Sports Entertainment should be applied for in their own respective individual categories.
How to help your approval chances:
- Don't apply for a song until you've heard it.
- If you're unsure about the title of a song or who performs it, look it up on either Wikipedia, Google.com or Amazon.com before applying for it.
Please use the more info box when applying, as sometimes we aren't familiar with the song you are applying for. Good information to include:
-- album the song can be found on
-- alternative band or song names
-- release date of the album or single the song appears on
-- the country of origin
-- links to a Wikipedia page, Amazon listing etc (can be for the song, or the album it's on)
-- link to a Youtube video for the song

Did You Know?
It's unfortunate that we have to reject people for fanlistings they apply for, but it's what has to be done if more than one person applies for a fanlisting. If you've received more than one rejection from us, please don't take it personally. It may be due to a number of reasons -- the most likely one is that there was more than one applicant for the fanlisting and a final decision had to be made. Often these are very difficult and it isn't a "problem" with you.
